My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were in almost new condition and nicely decorated, but the location was a drawback due to noise from the front of the building. The service was friendly and helpful, but there was an issue during breakfast service. The location, right in front of Tanger Outlet, was excellent for shopping but had noise concerns. The dining experience offered some great options but also had its hiccups. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, cool, and comfortable, with easy access both from the outside and inside the hotel via the elevator. The service was excellent, paying attention to detail and maintaining clean cases, although there was a slight unprofessional incident with a team member. The location was wonderful, just off the strip near the outlet malls in Branson, Missouri, making it convenient for shopping, shows, and dining. The dining experience was average, with some items running out before being refilled, but they did serve real scrambled eggs and delicious Thai dishes.

I was thrilled to stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just a short drive away from various attractions and with easy access to shopping and dining spots. The rooms are cozy and clean, but the noisy street level was a bit of a downside. The service, however, was exceptional, with staff making sure our needs were promptly addressed.
